We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Product Marketing Manager to join our Product team. In this role, you will play a critical part in converting qualified leads into meaningful interactions for our in-house advisory team. Your focus will be on optimizing mid-funnel performance through innovative and personalized email campaigns, with opportunities to expand into multi-channel strategies.

The compensation range for the role is $90-110k (inclusive only of base salary, and exclusive of other potential competitive benefits such as on-target commission, bonus payments, and equity). Our ranges are very broad to accommodate all types of candidates and encourage growth. Specific compensation offered to a candidate may be dependent on factors such as education, experience, qualifications, and alignment with market data. Exceptional candidates may receive salaries outside of the posted ranges.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Product Marketing Manager to join our Product team. In this role, you will play a critical part in converting qualified leads into meaningful interactions for our in-house advisory team. Your focus will be on optimizing mid-funnel performance through innovative and personalized email campaigns, with opportunities to expand into multi-channel strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns aimed at increasing lead-to-call conversion rates.
- Research, write, and edit performance campaigns centered around financial news, alternative investing, and the art market.
- Analyze campaign performance using key metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and implement data-driven improvements.
- Explore and pilot multi-channel marketing strategies to complement email campaigns.
- Partner with compliance teams to ensure all marketing materials meet regulatory standards.
- Work cross-functionally to leverage insights and support broader marketing initiatives.
- 2-4 years of experience in product or digital marketing, with a focus on lead conversion.
- Expert direct response finance copywriting skills
- Basic understanding of the art market
- Proven track record of creating and optimizing email campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Redash (or similar) and basic HTML coding (a plus).
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Experience as a financial advisor a plus
- Increased lead-to-call conversion rates, measured through email and multi-channel performance.
- Consistent improvement in email campaign metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and engagement.
- Execution of successful A/B tests, leading to data-backed enhancements in email performance.
- Development of scalable, personalized email strategies with measurable impact on mid-funnel activity.
- Successful implementation of new multi-channel marketing tactics that complement email efforts.
