Job Description
We are seeking a highly creative Design Marketing Specialist to join our Brand Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced B2B designer who is detail-oriented, has a strong background in video and digital media marketing, and passion for keeping up with current marketing trends. This will be pivotal in enhancing our online presence, driving lead generation, and positioning Planet DDS as the partner in growth for dental practices across the United States. This role will offer a great growth opportunity for a friendly, self-motivated, multifaceted designer interested in innovative collaboration across all company teams to help take our brand to the next level.
This is a hybrid position working 2x per week in one of our office locations (Irvine, CA, Phoenix, AZ or Atlanta, GA)
Job Duties
• Create engaging and effective designs for both digital and print materials, including lead generating marketing collateral such as: eBooks, flyers, tradeshow materials, PowerPoint presentations, digital ads, and other brand-related assets.
• Develop multimedia content, including videos, animations, and interactive elements, to enhance the brand's presence across various platforms.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate the intended message.
• Work closely with marketing, content creators, and other stakeholders to integrate design seamlessly into various projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions.
• Provide design support and expertise to ensure a consistent and polished visual representation across all materials.
• Adapt designs for various platforms and channels, including social media, websites, and other digital spaces.
• Stay abreast of design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
• Conduct thorough quality checks on all design deliverables to maintain high standards of visual excellence.
• Address feedback and make revisions necessary to meet project requirements.
Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing and design, preferably for dental, healthcare, or B2B audiences.
• Proven experience as a brand designer with a diverse portfolio showcasing proficiency in various design styles and mediums.
• Proficiency in the following software in Mac format: Adobe Creative Cloud especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro; Canva, all social media platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Experience working with project management tools such as ClickUp.
• Exemplify good people skills by being responsive, flexible, curious, and collaborative, including the ability to interact effectively with varied people and personalities from all levels of an organization.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
