The Marketing Manager (Pack Health) will lead the marketing annual operating plan, strategy, and budget implementation for Pack Healths B2B segments Pharma, Health Plans, ACOs, Health Systems, and Employers.

This position is based in Birmingham, AL.

Responsibilities:
  1. Drive demand generation programs in collaboration with Pack Health commercial partners to help deliver annual revenue growth.
  2. Provide relevant market and competitive insights and growth strategies for the business AOP. Market research insights may include desk research (e.g. reviewing industry publications and competitors messaging) and analysis of internal data. Growth strategy development may include analysis of past results, learning from Marketing teams, and applying industry best practices.
  3. Responsible for driving Market Research & Analytics colleagues to develop competitive and market intelligence in collaboration with Pack Health leadership, commercial, and solutions teams.
  4. Deliver and help continually optimize compelling market-ready value propositions and brand positioning for Pack Health products.
  5. Lead Pack Health marketing campaign strategy in collaboration with Customer Marketing teams. Includes market analytics, segmentation, targeting, channel strategy, content strategy, growth strategy. Partners with Life Sciences, Health Plans, Health Systems, and Employer marketing teams to implement customer-centric campaigns.
  6. Collaborate with Customer Marketing teams to prioritize projects and ensure strategic alignment. Allocates Pack Health Marketing budget to Customer Marketing and Marketing Enablement as needed.
  7. Partner with Agile Marketing colleagues to develop and deploy sales enablement and conference materials, core content for sales decks, and digital/social content.
  8. Create and/or provide marketing campaign reporting to Marketing and Business leaders.
  9. Consult Pack Health Strategy team on ideation process submissions relative to strategic marketing alignment.


Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree Required

Minimum 5 years success in a marketing role, including ownership of a demand generation Marketing plan

3+ years healthcare industry experience preferred

Collaborative able to drive alignment with many stakeholders in a cross-functional, matrixed environment

Engaged interested in learning market and customer needs and developing market/competitive insights

Effective savvy in marketing technology and a compelling storyteller

Coachable willingness to grow and improve by being receptive to feedback from leaders, peers, and colleagues
