We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive our brand forward. The ideal candidate is a highly capable leader who can inspire and direct a team, develop compelling campaigns, and drive high performance across both existing and new marketing channels. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive brand awareness, adoption, and engagement for SAA's architectural and design services.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEM, SEO, email marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Oversee content creation to ensure alignment with our brand voice and strategic goals.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and freelancers to enhance marketing output.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Manage the marketing budget for optimal spending and cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain the marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of all marketing activities.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in the architectural and design industry
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
A DAY IN THE LIFE

As a Marketing Manager at SAA, you will start your day with a team meeting to review ongoing projects and set priorities. You will spend your morning developing marketing strategies, analyzing campaign performance data, and adjusting as needed. In the afternoon, you'll collaborate with the creative team on content development, manage digital marketing campaigns, and work with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Your day may also include coordinating with external vendors and freelancers, managing the marketing budget, and preparing reports for senior leadership.

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

This is an Exempt Full-Time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday to be discussed with direct supervisor.

TRAVEL

This position requires up to 20% local travel. Limited travel may include attending meetings and work sessions in other SAA Offices, Client Offices, or Job Site. Mileage will be reimbursed at a predetermined market rate. Individuals must possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record and have reliable transportation. Travel expenses will be reimbursed and per diem provided when appropriate.
