We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Associate to support our marketing efforts and help drive our brand forward. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and print
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Support content creation efforts, including writing, editing, and coordinating with designers for visual assets
- Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to inform future strategies
- Help maintain the marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of all marketing materials
- Coordinate with external vendors and freelancers to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Assist in organizing and promoting events, webinars, and trade shows
- Perform administrative tasks to support the marketing team, including scheduling meetings and managing project timelines
- Manage day-to-day functions of search marketing (SEM) and digital marketing, including keyword research, ad copywriting, and performance analysis
- Implement and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role or internship
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and tools
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in the architectural and design industry
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
- Analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
As a Marketing Associate at SAA, you will start your day by reviewing the marketing calendar and prioritizing tasks for the day. You might spend the morning conducting market research or analyzing campaign performance data. In the afternoon, you'll assist with content creation, manage social media accounts, and coordinate with team members to ensure marketing initiatives are on track. Your day may also include managing SEM campaigns, analyzing digital marketing metrics, and exploring new marketing tools and technologies.

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is an Exempt Full-Time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday to be discussed with direct supervisor.
TRAVEL
This position requires up to 20% local travel. Limited travel may include attending meetings and work sessions in other SAA Offices, Client Offices, or Job Site. Mileage will be reimbursed at a predetermined market rate. Individuals must possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record and have reliable transportation. Travel expenses will be reimbursed and per diem provided when appropriate.
