  • Be a skilled wordsmith and be responsible for developing comprehensive technical product documentation- Quick Start Guides, Product bulletins, Instruction Manuals, Installation Guides, White Papers - that meets industry standards,
  • Obtain necessary understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content for the end-users,
  • Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights language that sets product's end-users up for success,
  • Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation,
  • Develop SOPs and document tribal knowledge in the business for internal teams as per given directions,
  • Develop outline for various technical documents listed above working with product management and design engineering teams,
  • Work hands-on, as necessary, with complex industrial products to familiarize yourself with product enough to outline configuration steps of specific product feature,
  • Efficiently work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented product development environment,
  • Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement
  • Research, create, and maintain information architecture templates that uphold organizational and legal standards, and allow for easy data migration
