WHAT WE NEED...
This role will be a hybrid model and is expected to work in our Austin office 3 days per week.
Our Interiors studio in Austin is seeking a talented Project Interior Designer to develop design solutions for a variety of projects and coordinate design through all project phases. We need a savvy Project Interior Designer who gets excited about creating healthy, uplifting environments and who takes pride in design solutions that are specifically tailored to each client. We want someone who values diverse perspectives during the design process and views each project as an opportunity to create something unique that connects us as a community. We want a Project Designer who attacks each new challenge with the knowledge that last week's answer doesn't fit this week's question; an influencer who is always seeking to learn more and apply what they've learned to make those around them better.

WHAT YOU'LL DO....
You'll join the Interiors studio, which focuses on producing functionally beautiful spaces for clients by combining creativity and technical knowledge. Depending on the day, your responsibilities will include:
• Work collaboratively across teams to develop creative design solutions that meet the client's criteria.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail in the development of design solutions.
• Serve as a resource to Interior Designers and Project Managers as designs are developed.
• Participate in the development of 2D and 3D graphics, presentations, and other collateral to convey design ideas to clients and project teams.
• Participate in construction administration, helping keep the built product aligned with design intent.
• Support the development of strong client relationships as a project team member.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS....
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 6-10 years of relevant Interior Design experience and Interiors projects.
• Knowledge of architectural/interior finishes, lighting, color, and materials to carryout design intent
• Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain complex design concepts in simple and meaningful ways.
• Proficient in Revit required.
• Working knowledge of building codes, standards, and building structures.
• Experience with the entire project lifecycle and design process through post-occupancy.
• Flexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS...
• Working knowledge of parametric modeling (Grasshopper, Dynamo) a plus.
• Proficient in Rhino and Enscape preferred.
