Dealpath is looking for a Senior Product Designer who is passionate about designing for growth initiatives that engage users and simplify their workflow, and who is energized by tackling complex systems.
As a senior product designer you'll be a key strategic design leader who can also execute quickly in our fast-paced startup environment. You'll work alongside a passionate and talented cross-functional team to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points through qualitative and quantitative research in an effort to drive user engagement with compelling designs.]

As a senior product designer you'll be a key strategic design leader who can also execute quickly in our fast-paced startup environment. You'll work alongside a passionate and talented cross-functional team to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points through qualitative and quantitative research in an effort to drive user engagement with compelling designs.]
What you'll do
- Lead the end-to-end design process of major features and iterations, ensuring a seamless user experience
- Partner with product managers to develop the strategy and rationale for features
- Build a deep understanding of users' needs, behaviors, and pain points through qualitative and quantitative research
- Quickly design and prototype multiple concepts to validate product directions
- Effectively communicate design ideas and incorporate feedback from a diverse group of stakeholders, including C-level executives
- Provide and seek feedback to continuously elevate design standards
- Conduct user testing and integrate findings into iterative design improvements
- Create detailed specifications and assets for engineers
- Work side-by-side with engineers and quality analysts to ensure the final product meets design expectations
- Self-motivated and a good communicator
- Able to balance quality deliverables across multiple projects with tight deadlines
- A strong collaborator working closely with cross-functional partners to drive a human-centered design approach to goal-setting, prioritization, and execution
- Able to take complex concepts and systems and translate them into simple and delightful product experiences
- Highly curious and research-focused. You seek opportunities to connect with users and internal stakeholders to develop hypotheses and validate ideas
- Proud of your craft, you can seamlessly move from bringing broad concepts to life with prototypes, to focusing on pixel-level details
- Experienced in following and contributing to a design system
- Excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- 4+ years of professional hands-on experience at a product-driven tech company
- Have a strong portfolio, showcasing a depth of knowledge in research, user experience, interaction, and visual design
- Demonstrated ability of coaching team to more effectively apply design patterns
- Hands-on experience with the latest design tools
- B.A/B.S. in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field/equivalent experience
- Interest in FinTech or Real Estate
- Experience working with B2B/SaaS products
- Understanding of front-end frameworks and HTML/CSS/JS

- The estimated pay range for California candidates for this position is $ 170,000 - $195,000 base. This position is also eligible for Dealpath's equity plan. Your compensation will be based upon several factors including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and the skills assessed in Dealpath's interview process.
