Product Marketing Manager

Join our Team! OddBytes is seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Marketing Manager to drive awareness, engagement and growth of our new product lines. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of launching web-based products in US markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activities and customer needs. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role will be responsible for preparing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable results for products and/or brands at OddBytes. Key activities include researching customer preferences, tracking product performance, and refining product and brand positioning strategies based on data-driven insights. You'll partner with cross-functional teams across the organization (product, design, sale, UA and analytics) to develop key metrics, monitor campaign effectiveness and continuously analyze marketing programs to ensure they deliver optimal outcomes while aligning with customer targets and product messaging.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.
- Conduct and partner thorough market research to identify target audiences, understand customer needs, and identify market opportunities.
- Collaborate with product management, sales, and other teams to create and implement go-to-market plans, messaging and materials.
- Develop compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences.
- Create and manage marketing collateral, product videos, and pitch decks.
- Plan and execute product launches and new feature releases, managing all aspects of collateral development, brand positioning and promotional strategies, while ensuring seamless completion within fast-paced timelines.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the product portfolio.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the technology sector.
- Proven experience launching web-based products.
- Deep understanding of market research techniques and data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing materials.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate concepts into clear, customer-focused messaging.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
