ROLE IMPACT
We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the success of TextUs by owning critical marketing initiatives across product go-to-market (GTM) planning, organic social media, customer engagement, reputation management, partnerships, and campaign execution. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, bringing creativity, strategic thinking, and operational excellence to deliver impactful marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and growth.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Support & execute product go-to-market (GTM) plans, including launch strategies, messaging, and cross-functional alignment to ensure product adoption and success alongside the product marketing team. Manage social media channels, creating and scheduling engaging content that drives brand awareness, community growth, and audience interaction. Lead customer engagement initiatives, including newsletters, customer webinars, case studies, and other tactics to strengthen brand reputation and drive retention. Oversee review and reputation management, driving strategies to collect, monitor, and leverage customer reviews across related platforms (e.g., G2, Capterra) to build credibility and improve visibility. Support partnership, alliance, and customer referral programs by creating co-marketing materials, managing joint campaigns, and fostering collaboration with external partners. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including integrated campaigns that align with overall business goals and drive measurable results across key channels. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and deliver consistent messaging. Analyze campaign and program performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization to maximize ROI. WHO YOU ARE
5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within a SaaS environment You don't mind getting in the weeds and executing product GTM motions and have a strong ability to work cross functionally. You are obsessed with data and use it to optimize campaigns and tactics for better outcomes. You are proficient in managing customer engagement initiatives that deliver impactful results. You are well-versed in social media channels for B2B usage and admire unique approaches to social engagement. You have experience with collecting and analyzing reviews on platforms to hit certain KPI metrics or goals. You have a strong understanding of partner/co-marketing tactics with the ability to create strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You demonstrate strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlines. EMPLOYMENT DETAILS
