JOB SUMMARY
IW Group is seeking a dedicated Social & Influencer Campaign Manager to join our team in the Los Angeles office. This position is responsible for identifying digital growth opportunities across clients, managing social campaigns, and maximizing influencer strategies and tactics.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
● Design, implement and serve as client-facing account manager for social media &
influencer marketing campaigns for multiple clients, primarily across Entertainment &
QSR
● Manage influencer talent and oversee content development and production
● Research, vet, and negotiate influencer partnerships from contract to content execution
● Cultivate impactful relationships with brand clients and influencer partners
● Collaborate closely with the Strategy team and Account Directors for support
● Demonstrate measurable ROI for campaigns using data and analytics
● Supporting new business efforts by practicing in pitch meetings and preparing client-ready presentations backed by strategy, research, and insights
● Be responsible for identifying new opportunities to grow scopes across accounts
● Work closely with the finance team to manage contracts, budget, and staffing hours
● Actively participate in team brainstorms and ideate ways to leverage current social media trends
● Manage social content capture at events and provide staffing support as needed
● Challenge the team with new and creative ideas
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
● 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, account
management, or related fields
● Expertise across digital and social media platforms including, but not limited to, TikTok,
Instagram, Threads, X, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Snapchat
● Content distribution expertise spanning owned, earned, and paid digital channels
● A/V creative design experience and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite/Canva preferred
● Multicultural marketing and agency experience are highly preferred
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
● Excellent interpersonal and client communication/presentation skills
● Up-to-date knowledge of current influencers and trends in social media, reporting tools,
and applications
● Possess strong interpersonal and priority-setting skills to identify and determine steps
needed to accomplish assigned tasks and execute them with minimal feedback
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adjust to new priorities as
required
● Willingness and ability to travel and staff events, including occasional weekend and holiday support
● Ability to collaborate effectively across PR, Activations, Strategy, and Production/Creative teams
