At Data Solutions & Initiatives (DSI), we operate under the Worldwide Sales Organization, dedicated to creating cutting-edge tools that enhance and empower our sales teams. In this role, you would be responsible to build and maintain multiple products with a dynamic and collaborative team. You are a passionate designer who loves to make sense of any mess. Champion of the user and business goals, you focus on distilling features to their core essence, emphasizing clarity and purpose. Above all, you are a dedicated individual who understands Apple’s high standards and design aesthetic to the core. Your time will be a mixture of researching, concepting, prototyping, presenting, and debating ideas and solutions across a group of designers, developers, and product managers. Description Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to define project goals and design actionable strategies. - Craft detailed information architecture mappings, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets. - Drive requirements gathering to ensure that business decisions/logic is outlined in detailed technical specifications for developers. - Lead workshops and present design concepts to partners and developers - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights, present key findings and inform strategic direction. - Contribute to DSI’s design systems and component libraries, ensuring that the design language and brand guidelines are clearly communicated and consistently applied. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of work experience with a focus on product design and UX/UI across a variety of platforms like iOS, web, or others. Experience in shipping digital products from start to finish including the documentation and development process. Experience in data visualization, worked on big complex data projects. Mastery of Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, and similar design tools Ability to clearly communicate concepts and designs through prototypes, sketches, high-fidelity comps, and presentations. Enthusiasm and history working in an iterative design process, motivated by group critique. A passion and eye for visual detail in proportion, type, motion, and interaction. Empathy and understanding of how to advocate for user experience with peer teams like engineering, operations, and business. Passionate for Apple, its products, and its customers. Strength in building new products from the ground up. A team mentality, eager to ensure the team succeeds as a unit. A background of working on enterprise software Education & Experience Additional Requirements Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,100 and $214,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
