"Senior Product Designer- ONSITE IN NYC 5 days a weekPosition OverviewOur client is seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to lead the design efforts for our B2C products. This role involves creating user-centered designs that enhance the overall user experience, focusing on complex systems and dashboards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design systems and will be responsible for conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design process for B2C products, ensuring a seamless user experience across complex systems and dashboards.Develop and maintain design systems that promote consistency and efficiency across product lines.Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.Create high fidelity designs using Figma, adhering to brand guidelines and best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to translate business requirements into intuitive designs.Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, facilitating feedback and discussions.Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure design alignment with business goals and user needs.QualificationsProven experience as a Product Designer, with a focus on B2C applications.Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in design systems, dashboards, and complex systems.Proficiency in user research methodologies and usability testing.Extensive experience in creating high fidelity designs using Figma.Familiarity with brand guidelines and a keen attention to detail in design execution.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas and concepts effectively.Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of balancing diverse perspectives and driving consensus.Nice to have: Experience in eCommerce design projects.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
