Gale Associates, Inc., a well-respected national engineering/planning firm celebrating 60 years in business and rated one of Zweig White's "Best Firms to Work For" for the past 11 consecutive years, has an immediate opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator in our Bedford, NH Office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review RFP and RFQ's and assist with proposal writing and development of qualification packages
- Type memos, letters, reports, meeting agendas/minutes and other documents for communication with staff members, clients, consultants, and contractors, adhering to Gale's corporate standards
- Assist Corporate Marketing Department with collateral materials including resume updates, project profiles and social media information
- Schedule and coordinate attendance at trade and professional conferences, sponsorships, fundraising, etc. Assist with the development of PowerPoint slide presentations for interview
- May be requested to attend trade shows and conferences
- Assist technical staff with business development including updates to Client Resource Management (CRM)
- Understand and handle general business practices to include coordinating purchases of office supplies and services
- Assist with general administrative needs of the regional office. May include typing, filing, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
- Creative, self-motivated, proactive, well organized and ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills with a positive, professional attitude
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong typing and computer skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, public relations or those that are related or experience as equivalent
- 5+ years of related experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
