Marcomm Inc. is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to join the product marketing team for one of it's largest clients. If you’re passionate about driving brand presence, customer education, and demand generation through targeted marketing strategies, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
Marketing & Communications Coordination
Shepard marketing assets through a complex, multi-platform process from ideation to activation across print and digital channels
Coordinate and facilitate customer education initiatives with architects, end-users, and channel partners using PowerPoint and online platforms
Engage target audience associations to build awareness, foster buy-in, and provide valuable insights for sales team engagement
Event Support & ROI Measurement
Support trade shows and events by preparing collateral, coordinating with the event manager, and ensuring attending sales teams are fully equipped
Measure the return on investment (ROI) of events and provide data-driven recommendations
Role Details
Hybrid or in-person role: On-site Tuesday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely or in-office Monday and Friday
Collaborate with marketers, operations, sales, engineers, and event managers in both in-person and virtual settings
Detail-oriented, process-driven role requiring technological savviness and excellent time management
Balance independent tasks with collaborative team efforts (50% independent, 50% collaborative)
Maintain project momentum, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in marketing communications, product marketing, or public relations
Skills
Expertise in marketing communications, trade show coordination, and strategic communications
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various projects simultaneously
Proficiency in PowerPoint and other online collaboration platforms
Ability to work with a variety of personalities in a fast-paced environment
