We are seeking an experienced and visionary Marketing Director to lead our marketing and communications team in driving sales growth, enhancing client retention, and supporting employee engagement. This role demands a dynamic leader who can develop and execute innovative strategies while managing day-to-day operations and optimizing for measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in SEO, social media marketing, lead generation, pipeline optimization, and branding to create impactful deliverables that align with our business goals and brand vision.Key Competencies and Requirements: Leadership: Proven experience leading high-performing marketing and communications teams, with at least 7-10 years in marketing and branding.Vision and Strategy: Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies and plans.Digital Marketing Expertise: Advanced skills in SEO, inbound marketing, and digital campaign management.Content and Branding Acumen: Strong knowledge of value-driven content creation and cohesive brand identity development.Self-Starter: A proactive, independent leader who thrives on solving challenges and driving results.Technical Proficiency: Expertise in tools such as Adobe CC Suite, WordPress, Canva, Google Analytics, Pipedrive, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Zapier, Teamwork, and more.Hands-On: Willingness to get involved in the details when necessary, ensuring team success.Portfolio Requirement: Candidates selected for panel interviews must present a dynamic portfolio demonstrating their capabilities.Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership:Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing and communications team with diverse skill sets.Define and execute objective-based marketing plans aligned with 2025 initiatives for sales, client, and employee retention.Develop and communicate a cohesive marketing vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders.Proactively align marketing efforts with internal and external business goals.Develop and Implement successful Lead generation strategiesLeverage Data and Analytics to refine marketing strategies and improve lead quality Digital Marketing Management:Oversee SEO/SEM strategies to drive lead generation and optimize lead conversion.Leverage tools like Google Analytics and Crazy Egg to track KPIs and provide actionable insights.Develop and manage inbound marketing campaigns to maximize pipeline growth.Implement and optimize marketing automation platforms, including Pipedrive, ActiveCampaign, and similar tools.Analyze and Improve conversion rates of landing pagesContent and Branding:Establish a content strategy aligned with customer experience and buyer needs.Partner with developers and designers to create a next-level brand experience across websites, apps, and campaigns.Make design decisions that ensure cohesive and impactful brand identity.Create value-driven storytelling and communication strategies to strengthen our brand and brand recognition in multiple markets.Team Leadership and Development:Serve as a strong leader who supports and empowers the team while remaining hands-on when needed.Manage marketing staff, including digital, design, and content roles, ensuring alignment with company objectives.Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.Coordinate with external vendors (SEO, development, copywriting, etc.) to amplify internal efforts.Data-Driven Decision Making:Monitor and evaluate KPIs, including lead generation, pipeline performance, and campaign ROI.Deliver user-friendly, ROI-focused reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.Use data to refine and optimize marketing processes and effectiveness. 6. Social Media Marketing:Develop and execute innovative social media campaigns to amplify brand awareness and engagement.Monitor trends and analytics to enhance effectiveness across platforms.
