Do you have a passion for analytics, supporting marketing strategies, and business growth? As the Marketing Digital Analyst you will help drive the Credit Union's overall strategy, performance, and growth through strategic analysis and you will be a key contributor to our marketing strategy and business growth. From digital performance data to marketing trends and research, your role will be vital to the holistic goals of the Credit Union to develop, measure, and cross-channel digital strategies. This position is perfect fit for an analytical professional that is driven by metrics to illustrate and determine the overall effectiveness of the marketing programs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Analyzes products and services, prepares reports, and provides recommendations on strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness and meet changing market and competitive conditions.
  • Gathers and interprets market research data from various sources and presents findings of trends, opportunities, and gaps to aid in the design and development of marketing plans and activities and support other business initiatives.
  • Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends and patterns in complex data sets to develop recommendations for targeted and relevant promotion of credit union products, services, and initiatives.
  • Utilizes data to identify opportunities to meet strategic goals/objectives including deepening member relationships through targeted marketing and communication.
  • Conducts market research and recommends product/service modifications or improvements.
  • Works with key stakeholders in marketing, product development, retail, and member services to understand and optimize strategy according to credit union goals.
  • Collaborates with multiple teams, leverages member insights and industry trends, and develops strategies to communicate our brand effectively.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of digital and non-digital marketing efforts to ensure maximum visibility and brand awareness.
  • Creates queries and reports that support marketing efforts such as campaign creation. Provide progress reports on campaign and program results as required.

What You Bring to the Team:

Experience: 3 or more years of prior analytical work experience in one or more of the following fields: advertising research, market segmentation, brand positioning and tracking, financial services product research,

Prior experience in aggregating and presenting data in support of trends and recommendations

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, Data Management, or other related field of study.

Interpersonal Skills: A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Work involves extensive personal contact with others and is usually of a personal or sensitive nature. Work may involve motivating, influencing or training others. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary and often requires the ability to influence and/or sell ideas or services to others.

Other Skills: Knowledge of BSA/OFAC compliance and be able to assist members with questions concerning BSA. Complete yearly training. Technical skills using one or more software applications and tools related to data analysis and presentation.
