About this position:

This is a full-time position that requires flexibility in hours, including weekends and evenings. Excellent communication skills, public speaking experience, organizational and time-management skills required. Credit union experience a plus.

The Project and Digital Coordinator is primarily responsible for the following:

  • Deliver service to both members and coworkers that is in alignment with our Service Promise: "Giving it All We've Got, Every Day and Everywhere"
  • Manage project timelines and traffic control to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule. Maintain calendar updates for advertising and creative deadlines, ensuring everyone is informed of key dates.
  • Conduct data research and SEO strategies to enhance content visibility and engagement across platforms, reinforcing our brand presence within the community.
  • Oversee invoice and payment processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
  • Create and curate content for blogs and social media platforms, focusing on financial education and community engagement initiatives that reflect our brand's values and mission.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of and adheres to the requirements of all federal, state, and local laws, including those of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), as it specifically relates to the job functions

A successful Project and Digital Coordinator will also possess the following skills and abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business-related field or equivalent work experience required.
  • Two to three years marketing experience in a similar industry.
  • Must have a valid driver license.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook.
  • Ability to work well with diverse staff and customers.
  • Must be enthusiastic, creative, and a go-getter.
