Position Overview:
The Public Relations and Communications Assistant will collaborate with our Marketing Manager and key accounts to execute innovative, performance-driven campaigns. This role will also involve working directly with customers and managing promotional activities to enhance client visibility and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute projects assigned by the Marketing Manager.
  • Collaborate with key accounts to align PR campaigns with customer promotions.
  • Coordinate in-store service events and ensure smooth operations.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships while communicating promotional services.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and refining measurement strategies for PR campaigns.
  • Create promotional marketing materials and visual merchandising.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and retail event personnel.
  • Maintain accurate records of event traffic, production, and inventory.
  • Identify new opportunities and propose efficiency innovations.
  • Progress into senior campaign management roles based on performance.

Requirements:
