Position Overview:
The Coordinator, Integrated Marketing and MGA Sync will assist in the execution and coordination of global marketing campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timelines, assets, and communications are managed efficiently. Additionally, this role will be the primary owner and gatekeeper of MGA Entertainment's Airtable-based system, MGA Sync, ensuring seamless integration into MGA's marketing processes. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing within a dynamic, global organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Coordination:
Assist in the day-to-day coordination of global marketing campaigns, helping ensure timelines are on track and deliverables are met.
Support the Sr. Director of Integrated Marketing in managing campaign calendars and aligning cross-functional teams.
• Calendar Management:
Support the maintenance of the global marketing calendar, ensuring key dates and milestones are updated and shared with relevant stakeholders.
Oversee and manage the Airtable-based system, MGA Sync, as the primary administrator.
• Cross-Functional Communication:
Collaborate with various departments (creative, PR, media) to ensure all teams are aligned on campaign execution and asset delivery.
Facilitate communication between teams using MGA Sync, ensuring updates and best practices are shared regularly.
• Training and Support for MGA Sync:
Develop training materials (guides, tutorials) to educate teams on the MGA Sync system.
Guide and execute a comprehensive onboarding plan for new users and provide troubleshooting support as needed.
• Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance to the Sr. Director of Integrated Marketing and Integrated Marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and organizing documentation.
• Budget Assistance:
Help track and organize expenses related to marketing campaigns, ensuring budget documents are updated and accurate.
Maintain financial records within MGA Sync, supporting accurate reporting and budget management.
• Performance Tracking Support:
Assist in gathering data and preparing reports on campaign performance, working closely with the Associate to ensure accuracy and insights.
Create executive summaries of key activities, trends, and system performance within MGA Sync.
• System Management and Security:
Act as the gatekeeper for MGA Sync, approving new user access and maintaining security protocols.
Collaborate with the Airtable support team to address technical challenges or implement updates.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience, including internships or entry-level positions in marketing, advertising, or consumer products.
• Proficiency in Airtable
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to train and engage diverse teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with managing timelines, budgets, and project calendars in a marketing or operations context.
Pay Range:
$24.00 - $28.00 /hour
