We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Technical Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling technical content that effectively communicates the value of our solutions to developers, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders. You will play a critical role in driving product adoption and market growth by crafting a narrative that resonates with our target audience in the C++ and DevOps space.

What You'll Do

  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality, technically accurate content such as white papers, case studies, blog posts, webinars, and videos that build awareness and demonstrate the value of Incredibuild's solutions in C++ and DevOps environments.
  • Product Positioning: Work closely with the product management and engineering teams to understand the technical nuances of our products and translate them into clear, compelling messages that resonate with developers and DevOps professionals.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with the product, marketing and sales teams to create and execute effective go-to-market strategies that drive product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers and industry influencers to gather insights, testimonials, and use cases that highlight the impact of Incredibuild's products in real-world scenarios.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and customer needs to continuously refine our messaging and product positioning.
  • Competitive: Understand the competitive landscape, strengths, weaknesses and market demand.
  • Technical Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of C++ and DevOps to create content that speaks directly to the needs and challenges of our target audience, ensuring technical accuracy and relevance.
  • Training & Enablement: Develop technical training materials and sales enablement tools to equip the sales team with the knowledge and resources they need to effectively communicate the value of our products.
Requirements

What You'll Need
  • Technical Background: Strong technical background in software development, particularly in DevOps and build tools, CI/CD pipelines, and related technologies. Experience working with C++ is highly desirable.
  • Content Creation Experience: Proven experience in creating top-of-funnel and mid-funnel technical content for developer or engineering audiences, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Product Marketing Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or a related role, in the software industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with technical audiences.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.


Compensation: $150,000-$180,000 base salary (+ benefits, including generous 401K, unlimited PTO, generous medical coverage, life insurance, commute expenses, and food allowance). In addition to the base salary, this role includes the opportunity to earn performance-based compensation and/or a discretionary bonus, in accordance with the Company's policies. Compensation finally awarded will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience.
