About The Role
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Marketing Manager specializing in the dynamic hyperscale and CSP markets. In this role, you will spearhead strategic initiatives aimed at propelling growth, enhancing education, and elevating market awareness. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Marketing, you will orchestrate and execute innovative product management and marketing strategies. Collaborating cross-functionally with technology, engineering, sales, and field leaders, you will champion our products and services to ensure unparalleled market positioning.
Responsibilities
• Craft comprehensive product and communication strategies aligned with overarching business objectives.
• Forge strategic partnerships with sales, technology, and marketing teams to deeply understand customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
• Lead the planning, management, and execution of product and service launches, POC introductions, ensuring seamless integration across all channels.
• Drive sales enablement efforts by delivering compelling sales tools and resources tailored to meet evolving market demands.
• Conduct thorough market research to analyze competitive landscapes, identifying key differentiators, strengths, weaknesses, and untapped opportunities.
Stay abreast of emerging technology trends, offering strategic insights and guidance to internal teams.
• Strategically develop diverse content formats including white papers, solutions briefs, blogs, social media posts, webinars, and other collateral to enhance product visibility and market presence.
• Define and implement consistent product positioning across all channels, catering to the needs of customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide strategic support for events, including product strategy development, readiness assessment, and flawless execution.
• Foster strategic partnerships with Tier 1 vendors, aligning with their roadmaps to identify synergistic engagement opportunities.
Must-Haves
• Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in B2B product marketing or product management roles, demonstrating a track record of success in hyperscale, CSP or ecosystem environments.
• Expertise in the hyperscale and/or CSP market segments, with an understanding of industry dynamics.
• Engineering background preferred, bolstering technical acumen, and facilitating effective communication with engineering teams.
• Ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear and compelling communications and stories, catering to diverse audiences.
• Collaborative communication style, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional and team-oriented environments.
• Experience in market research and strategic planning, with a keen eye for identifying market trends and opportunities.
• In-depth understanding of the vendor ecosystem.
• Proven track record in crafting impactful product positioning and messaging strategies.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and clarity.
