Position Description
The Web Content Manager/Intranet Specialist will support USAID in achieving their IT strategic goals and compliance with federal mandates. This role requires expertise in web content management, strategic communications, and stakeholder engagement.

Work Schedule: Hybrid (Occasional onsite meetings)
Clearance: Ability to obtain a facility (FAC) clearance

- Provide technical assistance and implement best practices for web content and intranet management.
- Develop and maintain USAID's internal communication platforms, ensuring consistent and high-quality content delivery.
- Oversee intranet architecture and navigation, ensuring usability and alignment with USAID's strategic goals.
- Participate in workgroups to provide expert input on specialized technical and strategic communications projects.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and updates on projects and initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of six (6)+ years of experience in web content management, communications, or related technical leadership roles.
- Expertise in CMS platforms such as SharePoint, WordPress, or Drupal.
- Strong knowledge of IT trends, cybersecurity, and Federal IT mandates.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to obtain a facility-level security clearance.
- Occasional CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required for conferences or vendor engagements.
