Plume is seeking a strategic and dynamic Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for our blockchain solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling product narratives, driving product adoption, and ensuring that our offerings resonate with target audiences, including developers, asset issuers, and institutional partners. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align product positioning with market needs and company objectives.

Plume is seeking a strategic and dynamic Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for our blockchain solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling product narratives, driving product adoption, and ensuring that our offerings resonate with target audiences, including developers, asset issuers, and institutional partners. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align product positioning with market needs and company objectives.
Overall Responsibilities
1. Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Develop detailed customer personas and segmentation to inform targeted marketing strategies.
- Analyze product performance metrics and gather customer feedback to guide product enhancements.
2. Go-to-Market Strategy
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature updates.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to ensure cohesive product positioning and messaging.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product marketing initiatives.
3. Content Development
- Create compelling product-related content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and sales collateral.
- Develop and maintain product documentation and training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure consistency in product messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
4. Sales Enablement
- Equip the sales team with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively sell Plume's products.
- Develop and deliver product presentations, demos, and competitive analyses to support the sales process.
- Gather and disseminate market intelligence to inform sales strategies and product development.
5. Demand Generation
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop campaigns that drive product awareness and lead generation.
- Utilize various channels, including digital marketing, events, and partnerships, to promote Plume's products.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
6. Customer Engagement
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Develop customer success stories and testimonials to highlight the value of Plume's solutions.
- Foster strong relationships with key customers to encourage advocacy and referrals.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the blockchain, fintech, or technology sectors. Crypto native required.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and promoting technology products to diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and the tokenization of real-world assets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and deliver impactful presentations.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
