Urban Decay seeks a dynamic and strategic Assistant Vice President to lead our Global Social Media team at Urban Decay into a new era of digital engagement and entertainment. What You'll Do:
- Team Leader:Mentor and develop a high-performing team, empowering them to excel in the ever-evolving landscape of influencer marketing.
- Architect of Influence:Develop and implement a comprehensive advocacy and influencer strategy that aligns with Urban Decay's overall brand vision.
- Relationship Builder:Cultivate and manage relationships with key influencers, brand ambassadors, and media partners.
- Storyteller:Craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences, leveraging the power of influencer voices to amplify brand messaging.
- Data-Driven Strategist:Analyze data to identify key performance indicators, optimize campaign performance, and measure the impact of influencer activations.
- Trendsetter:Stay ahead of the curve, identifying emerging social media trends and developing innovative influencer marketing strategies.
- Collaboration Champion:Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and product development, to ensure seamless integration of advocacy and influencer initiatives.
What You'll Need:
- 10+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social strategy leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful influencer marketing campaigns.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and their respective influencer ecosystems.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- A passion for makeup and a deep understanding of the Urban Decay brand and competition set.
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Salary Range: 150k-210k base + bonus
