Job Summary:

As a Graphic Designer at JNT Company, you will play a key role in creating visually compelling designs across a range of platforms. From designing stunning websites and intuitive UI to crafting engaging social media content and professional slide decks, your work will drive the success of our clients’ marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Website and UI Design:

• Design responsive website mockups using tools like Adobe XD, ensuring layouts are optimized for both desktop and mobile devices.
• Create on-brand web graphics such as hero images, landing page visuals, and promotional banners tailored for specific campaigns or target audiences.
• Develop prototypes and wireframes to demonstrate design concepts and workflows to development teams and clients.
• Optimize web design elements (images, fonts, animations) for performance, maintaining fast load times without compromising visual quality.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams to translate user needs into intuitive and visually appealing website interfaces.

Social Media Design:

• Develop creative assets for social media campaigns, including graphics, animations, and videos.

PDF and Interactive Designs:

• Design interactive PDFs, infographics, and other downloadable content for various digital platforms.

Microsoft Office Applications:

• Create professional and branded templates and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Slide Deck Design:

• Design visually impactful and brand-aligned slide decks for internal and client presentations.

Brand Consistency:

• Ensure all design work adheres to the company and client brand guidelines.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing, development, and content teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, etc.).
• Strong understanding of website design and user interface principles.
• Experience with social media design trends and creating content for various platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including websites, social media, and presentations.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Trello.
• Knowledge of interactive design tools and Adobe Creative Suite Products
