We are seeking a creative and organized Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team at Bridgewater Bank. Reporting to the Director Marketing, the Marketing Manager will play a vital role in driving key marketing initiatives that support the bank's strategic goals. This role involves managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, leveraging CRM insights to inform decision making, and creating impactful marketing content to engage our audience. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will collaborate with Bridgewater's Product team to support product marketing needs. The ideal candidate is a strategic, creative thinker with a drive for results and passion for bank marketing.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and tracking performance to maximize results
Utilize CRM dashboards to monitor customer engagement, ROI and overall campaign effectiveness, providing regular reports and insights to inform decision-making
Strategize and craft compelling targeted advertising campaigns, including direct mail, to effectively reach and engage audience
Partner with Product team members to support product marketing efforts, including branding initiatives and developing effective communication strategies to highlight product features and benefits
Understand the bank's products, services, and differentiators
Proactively anticipate and meet workplace needs
Support the Marketing Department with miscellaneous tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field, and/or 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience
Banking and/or agency experience preferred
Demonstrates success in developing and implementing marketing strategies
Strong writing skills
Experience in using data to inform marketing decisions, CRM experience a plus
Proven ability to manage projects independently and consistently meet deadlines
Highly organized with a proactive, self-starter approach to problem-solving and task management
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
Positive attitude and team player
