Responsibilities:
Develop, structure, and maintain comprehensive documentation websites for our IT products and services.
Create clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation, including user guides, technology documentation, and troubleshooting guides.
Use Markdown and Static site generators (e.g., Jekyll, Hugo) to format and publish documentation.
Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure the accuracy of documentation.
Educate and mentor non-writers on best practices for writing good documentation, including style guides, formatting, and content organization.
