Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs and business objectives.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to refine and enhance designs.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of designs and adherence to design standards.
• Maintain and contribute to the company’s design system, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices in the financial services industry.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably within the tech or financial services sectors.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX/UI projects and design skills.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas and designs effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
