We are on the lookout for a Marketing Manager to join our team in Spokane Valley Washington. As a Marketing Manager, you will be pivotal in refining our brand strategy, managing our digital presence, tracking marketing performance, and fostering effective communication within the team. We are seeking an experienced professional to join a dynamic team!


Responsibilities:

• Refine and implement brand strategies to ensure alignment with company's voice and positioning.

• Manage the creation and execution of branding elements for individual properties, including naming and signage.

• Oversee the company's digital footprint, including website updates and social media strategy.

• Create engaging content in various formats such as blogs, articles, videos, and graphics.

• Optimize website and digital content

• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, social media engagement, and website metrics.

• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.

• Respond to online reviews and feedback for divisions.

• Ensure external newsletters meet quality standards.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing goals.

• Develop and implement strategies for crisis communication

• Plan and execute marketing for company-related events.

• Manage relations with vendors and agencies for specialized marketing projects.

• Oversee the marketing budget to ensure effective use of resources.


SALARY RANGE: $75,000 - $85,000

Requirements

•       Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, etc

•       5-10 years experience in Marketing Leadership

  • Emphasis on marketing within Construction or Real Estate background preferred

•       Ability to travel to properties periodically 

• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with different stakeholders, including team members, clients, and senior management.

• Proven ability to ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and marketing guidelines.

• Significant experience in brand marketing, with the capacity to develop and implement effective branding strategies.

• Expertise in content marketing, including creating and distributing valuable, relevant, and consistent content to attract a clearly-defined audience.

• Solid background in corporate marketing, with a focus on promoting the company's brand, products, and services.

• Proficiency in website design, with a keen eye for aesthetics and a strong understanding of website functionality.

• Experience in website maintenance, including updating content, improving functionality, and troubleshooting issues.
