We are looking for an exceptional person to join our North America team as a Vice President.
A Vice President runs a team and client portfolio, delivering on targeted revenues, taking responsibility for client and team satisfaction. You run your practice area like a business within a business, motivating your team to deliver excellent client service, growing your client portfolio and developing the careers of your team. You will enable your team to take on increasing responsibility, while acting as a resource for high level strategic counsel and a trouble shooter when things don't go to plan. You will be an ambassador for Hotwire, both within the agency and externally, championing our values, initiatives and goals and presenting a united front to the junior team, who want to see clear and unified leadership and direction.
Daily, you will:
- Own client relationships and manage accounts spanning all B2B technology sectors (Emerging Tech, FinTech, Industrial Tech, Enterprise Tech, Marketing & e-Commerce)
- Maintain or exceed a revenue target portfolio of business totaling between $1 - 1.5M within 1 year in role
- Deliver outstanding strategic counsel to clients as a business consultant, able to identify pain points and build strategy and plans to solve them
- Drive teams to deliver outcomes
- Demonstrate account and organizational leadership that sets the standard for your teams
- Own client strategy to meet and exceed client business goals and objectives
- Contribute to the success of the consultancy by pitching and winning new business and investing in developing skills across the organization
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients across the US and around the world
- Mentor and manage junior team members, creating paths for success and career development
- Execute strong written and presentation communication skills, with the comfort to present ideas and make a case to clients and partner agencies
- Display proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- 10 + years of experience in agency communications with progressively increasing responsibility
- Expertise in corporate and financial communications
- Previous agency or consultancy experience
- A deep interest and existing network in the B2B technology industry
- Experience running communications for large-scale technology B2B and B2C brands
- Entrepreneurial mind set and a desire for continuous learning
- Experience managing remote teams (preferred)

Compensation Range: $125K-$187K, depending on level of experience
The range listed is just one component of Hotwire's total compensation package for employees, which includes bonus opportunities and a variety of benefits mentioned above. Hotwire takes into consideration a candidate's education, training, and experience, as well as the position's work location, expected work to be performed, required travel (if any), external market and internal value, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees.
