Leading Path Consulting is seeking a TSSCI w/Poly Audio Visual Engineer to join our team and support our clients with advanced audio-visual solutions. This role involves working on various AV systems, ensuring top-notch performance in high-security environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, installing, configuring, and maintaining audio-visual systems, along with a strong understanding of the latest technologies in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement audio-visual solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Install, configure, and maintain AV equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users on AV systems.
• Document all installation processes, configurations, and updates.
• Work within high-security environments while maintaining compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Active TSSCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in audio-visual engineering and integration.
• Strong knowledge of AV systems, including video conferencing solutions, digital signage, and control systems.
• Experience with AV-over-IP technologies and related protocols.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and maintaining AV systems and components.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
• AVIXA/CTS certification preferred but not required.
