Position Summary
Under general supervision, directs and monitors station music programming. Focus is on maintaining flow of music into KUNM, correspondence with KUNM broadcast Volunteers, and Music Library maintenance.

Conditions of Employment

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree; at least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.

Preferred Qualifications

Experienced as a non-commercial radio music broadcaster.

Experience as Music Director or Program Director at non-commercial radio stations.

Knowledge and passion for all types of music from around the world and across time.

Experience working with community volunteers from all walks of life.
