Job Summary
As a Video Production Coordinator at Overture Center, you will play a key role in producing engaging video content for a variety of platforms, including social media, television, online, website, in-person events and more. The ideal candidate should have solid technical skills in both shooting and editing, with a creative approach to bringing stories to life.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the creative team to plan and execute video shoots for various projects.
  • Operate and maintain professional video equipment (cameras, lighting, microphones, etc.).
  • Capture high-quality video footage during live events, interviews, and scripted productions.
  • Edit and assemble video footage into polished final products, ensuring high visual and audio quality.
  • Work with the team to ensure all video content aligns with the company's brand and messaging.
  • Manage video projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met and client requirements are fulfilled.
  • Assist in brainstorming and developing creative video concepts and storylines.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in video production, equipment, and editing software.
  • Maintain organized video archives for easy access and future use.
  • Responsible for producing video and graphic content for digital signs in the building
  • Liaise with IT on hardware and software capabilities
  • Work closely with other key positions such as Social Media and Editorial Content Manager and the Director of Communications, as well as other key internal staff and technical staff members.
  • Maintain flexible availability to accommodate business needs, which will include weeknights and weekends.

Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/work experience
  • 1-3 years relevant (videography) training and/or professional experience

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
  • Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Avid Media Composer, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and sound equipment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience with color correction, audio mixing, and video post-production techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for creative visuals.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects (Adobe After Effects or comparable animation software).
  • Familiarity with drone videography.
  • Experience with live streaming and multi-camera setups.
  • Experience working on podcast production
  • Experience in shooting and editing content for social media platforms
  • Experience using digital signage software like BrightSign/BrightAuthor or Zignage.

Physical Demands:
  • The ability to communicate both in person and electronically using telephone/video and computer.
  • The ability to perform extensive work with videography equipment and a computer.
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time. Lifting equipment, bending, stooping, grasping and reaching.
  • The nature of this job requires the employee to work on-site (in-person) frequently.

Work Environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Travel: This position is not expected to require travel.
