Job Summary of the Graphic Designer
Responsible for creating dynamic visual solutions across a wide range of multi-media formats. You will be tasked with developing visually striking material for various products and advertisements, primarily for commercial, retail, and tradeshow graphics. This position is tasked with supporting and collaborating with the creative team and various partners as time permits through key campaigns and objectives.
Understanding of design principles and tools, with organizational and interpersonal skills to excel in this role. To excel, enthusiasm and fascination with the visual medium are strongly appreciated, along with a focused approach to project objectives.

Physical Requirements
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Duties/Responsibilities of the Graphic Designer
- Creating dynamic visual material across a wide range of formats, including but not limited to digital, interactive/multimedia, motion graphics, and print.
- Following branding guidelines and direction from the management team and partners
- Implementation of various campaign material via email, web, social media, and/or tradeshow.
- Works with the creative team to develop animation for digital and video assets.
- Collaborating closely with management, product development team, and marketing.
- Flexibility to switch from different audiences and markets.
- Ability to meet deadlines and targeted objective timeframes
- A growing interest in learning new techniques, and new technologies.
- Working with our Sales and Marketing teams in executing tradeshow projects and display material.
- Due to the nature of various projects, we may be working off-site so flexibility with travel is appreciated.
- Tradeshow presence may be required and assist in set-up and take-down, including but not limited to moving small tradeshow material and displays.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required skills/abilities of the Graphic Designer
- Mac and Windows operating system knowledge
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Flexibility to deliver multiple projects potentially within an overlapping timeframe
- Deadline and Objective Oriented
Knowledge, Education, and Experience of the Graphic Designer
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- At least three years of experience in the design field with an exemplary portfolio of work. (Please provide an online portfolio for consideration.)
- Adobe Creative Suite experience is required, primarily focusing on Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, and Premiere.
- Experience with website CMS(e.g WordPress) is a plus
