Job Title: Assistant Community Manager
Location: Onsite in Talent, Oregon
Contract Duration: 1-2 months with potential for extension
Compensation: $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week (Flexible schedule)
Job Description:
LHH Recruitment is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Community Manager to join our client's team on a contract basis. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about community engagement and has excellent organizational and communication skills. As an Assistant Community Manager, you will support their tenant relations and help foster a positive and engaging place to live for their residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the day-to-day management of properties, including tenant communication and coordination.
Help with property inspections and ensure maintenance issues are addressed promptly.
Support the leasing process by preparing lease agreements and conducting property showings.
Maintain accurate records of property-related documents and transactions.
Assist in managing property budgets and expenses.
Provide excellent customer service to tenants and address their concerns in a timely manner.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property repairs and maintenance.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in property management, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
