The company also offers a program to independent operators of convenience stores and gas stations, car wash, quick lube, and marinas to brand as VP Racing and resell the company's full range of automotive performance and outdoor small engine products.The Role: VP Racing is looking to add a Social Media Manager to our marketing team. This role is perfect for a creative, driven, and collaborative individual who's both highly competitive, solution oriented, and an avid motorsports fan. As the Social Media Manager, you will take charge of all our social media platforms, handling everything from scheduling to creating and posting compelling content across VP Racing's channels. You'll partner with the marketing team and sponsored series, teams, and athletes to produce ongoing content that amplifies the VP Racing brand and encourages audience engagement.In this role, you'll be a key contributor to the VP Racing marketing team, with a focus on advancing the brand and fostering strong connections with motorsports enthusiasts worldwide.Role Responsibilities: Coordinate and execute VP Racing's social media strategy to align with marketing and company goals.Manage paid social media campaigns.Work closely with sponsored series', teams, and athletes to ensure contractual obligations are being met, and to gather appropriate and timely content for posts.Create and post timely content across all VP Racing social channels, maintaining brand consistency.Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure all content is captivating, engaging, and aligned with brand standards and campaigns.Produce quick-turnaround content independently when needed, without relying on the creative team.Drive growth in social media followers, increase brand engagement, and generate sales leads.Track and analyze social media post and campaign performance, implementing improvements as necessary.Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and emerging social media tools and platforms.Identify and establish partnerships with relevant motorsports and consumer product influencers to broaden reach.Occasionally travel to key events to represent VP Racing, promoting the brand and products through social media.RequirementsPhysical Demands:Required to lift up to 25 lbs.Required to sit, stand, bend, reach and move about the facility.May be subject to sitting for extended periods of time to perform job scope.Work Environment:Work will be performed in an office environment.May be exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes, oils.May be required to work hours other than regular schedule.Travel may be required for races and events.These statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work to be performed and are not intended to be an all-inclusive list of responsibilities and duties.
