We are a franchisee of SWTHZ that will open a minimum of 3 locations in the Delaware/South East Pennsylvania area. Job Summary

This position will begin as a presale manager during our ramp up phase and will then transition to the studio manager for one of our locations:

1. As the Pre Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of our brand awareness, presale campaigns and local marketing. The Pre-Sales Manager acts as a brand ambassador within the community of each location, promoting SWTHZ primarily through grassroots events, to increase brand awareness ultimately resulting in founding memberships. You will lead the planning and execution of on-site and off-site events prior to our locations opening for business. You will need to be comfortable in a face paced sales environment and able to Own the sales process. You will be a passionate advocate for the SWTHZ brand, embodying our core values of integrity, respect, fairness, and excellence.

2. The SWTHZ Studio Manager plays a critical role in leading and motivating their team to deliver an exceptional client and member experience that drives membership growth, retention, and revenue. You will be a passionate advocate for the SWTHZ brand, embodying our core values of integrity, respect, fairness, and excellence.

Requirements:

Sales and Membership Growth

· Achieve Studio Membership and Revenue Goals: Collaborate with ownership to set ambitious yet achievable membership targets. Utilize data-drive strategies to identify and engage potential members, leveraging location market insights

· Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Design and execute innovative sales campaigns that effectively highlight the benefits of SWTHZ’s wellness services. This may include cross-promotions with other businesses, referral programs, and membership incentives to drive early sign-ups and foster a loyal member base.

· Provide Exceptional Sales Support: Mentor and coach sales associates on effective sales techniques, ensuring they are well-versed in product knowledge and customer engagement strategies. Conduct regular training sessions to equip the team with the tools necessary to build relationships and overcome objections, enhancing their confidence and effectiveness in the field.

· Monitor and Analyze Membership Data: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, membership retention, and customer feedback. Analyze trends and behaviors to refine sales approaches and identify areas for improvement. Use insights from data analysis to pivot strategies when needed, ensuring consistent growth.

· Partner with Franchisor: Work closely with the franchisor’s Director of Pre-Sales to align on the sales process, lead contact and best practices. Collaborate on local outreach efforts that effectively communicate the SWTHZ brand message and attract potential members.

Event Planning & Execution

· Conduct Community Engagement Activities: Represent SWTHZ at community events, wellness fairs, and local gatherings to raise awareness and generate interest in membership. Utilize these opportunities to connect directly with potential clients, providing them with personalized information about our offerings and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

· Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop strong relationships with prospective members through follow-ups, personalized communications, and invitations to exclusive events. Foster a sense of community by engaging with members post-signup to ensure they feel valued and supported in their wellness journey.

· Event Management: Ensure smooth and efficient events for member recruitment. Oversee all aspects of on-site and off-site events designed for brand awareness, generating leads and converting interested parties to memberships. This includes scheduling of events as well as personnel, staff assignments, event inventory management, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

· Create a Safe and Welcoming Event Environment: Implement and enforce hygiene and safety protocols to create a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests and members. Manage event cleanliness and organization, maintain all supplies needed for events, keeping a running inventory of items and possible replacements. Set up and tear down events leaving the space better than when you initially arrived

· Continuous improvement in Event Operations: Keep a strong pulse on your events and opportunities. Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in the team member and member experience. Implement effective solutions as needed.

Leadership & Team Management

Support Studio Managers in cultivating a high performing, engaged team: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment where employees feel valued, motivated, and empowered to succeed.

· Develop and Coach Team Members: Provide effective training and coaching to ensure all team members possess the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

· Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional work ethic, communication and customer service skills, inspiring your team to do the same.

· Performance Management: Implementation effective performance management practices, including setting goals and providing regular feedback

Job Based Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

· Leadership: Can you inspire a shared sense of purpose across our studios? This includes influencing your team through change, getting buy-in, and coaching through ambiguity.

· Business Acumen: Can you analyze market trends, competitor activities and consumer behavior? This includes optimize communication and event strategies for maximum engagement.

· Strategic Thinking: Problems and challenges are not roadblocks, but puzzles waiting to be solved. Can you dissect a challenge, analyze its components and forge solutions that deliver financial results?

· Persuasion: Relationship based selling is not coercion but building trust and value. Can you build trust with potential clients that creates a compelling vision for why they should join and become a member at the studio?

· Delegation and Empowerment: Are you able to delegate in a manner that yields strong revenue and membership targets

Minimum Educational Level / Certification

· Bachelor’s degree in business management, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

· Specialized credentials preferred or equivalent work experience or education in specialized function

Minimum Work Experience and Qualifications

· 2+ years of experience in a sales environment

· Experience with relationship-based selling, building value and overcoming objections

Physical Demands / Environmental Conditions

· Ability to stand for long periods of time

· Must be able to lift 50lbs

· Physical efforts required for daily duties including squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, jumping, and prolonged standing and walking

Compensation:

· $55K – 70K annual salary with additional bonus/commission incentive.
