Job Summary: Our client is seeking a UX Architect to join their team! This position is located in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Duties: Plan and design the user experience architecture for customer-facing interfaces, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs Create detailed taxonomies, user flow diagrams, and screen layouts to enhance findability and usability Apply expertise in user experience methods and tools to deliver intuitive and effective design solutions Conduct thorough research to understand customers and the finance industry, incorporating insights into design strategies Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with functional objectives Communicate design concepts effectively, articulating ideas clearly to stakeholders and team members Translate functional requirements into comprehensive experience specifications that guide development Champion the creation of findable, usable, and world-class user experiences Foster a collaborative environment, balancing passion for design with patience and adaptability

Desired Skills/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a design-related discipline such as Web Design or a related field of study, or equivalent years of relevant professional experience Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, OmniGraffle, and Marvel
