Associate Marketing Account Manage r for a
leading real estate client in the Scottsdale, AZ area . As the Associate Marketing Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the marketing efforts of a portfolio of 20-25 Class-A communities, overseeing digital campaigns, and optimizing marketing performance. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, at least 3 years of digital marketing experience, and a strong analytics mindset. Requirements & Responsibilities for the Associate Marketing Account Manager:
• Build, launch, and manage websites and advertising campaigns (search, display, re-marketing, Facebook) across various ownership groups. • Analyze traffic sources, channel performance, and competitive data to optimize digital marketing spend. • Collaborate with vendors to execute marketing initiatives on time and within budget. • Assist in the development and execution of internal communication strategies. • Lead projects, ensuring completion within deadlines while maintaining a high attention to detail. • Deliver clear and effective communication to internal and external stakeholders regarding performance and strategy adjustments.
Compensation for the Associate Marketing Account Manager: • Employment type: Full-time Direct Hire • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week • Salary/Pay: $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience • Location: On-site, Scottsdale, AZ 85250 • Benefits: Career growth opportunities Paid time off, sick time, holidays, and volunteer time.
