As the Associate Marketing Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the marketing efforts of a portfolio of 20-25 Class-A communities, overseeing digital campaigns, and optimizing marketing performance. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, at least 3 years of digital marketing experience, and a strong analytics mindset. Requirements & Responsibilities for the Associate Marketing Account Manager:
•Build, launch, and manage websites and advertising campaigns (search, display, re-marketing, Facebook) across various ownership groups.
•Analyze traffic sources, channel performance, and competitive data to optimize digital marketing spend.
•Collaborate with vendors to execute marketing initiatives on time and within budget.
•Assist in the development and execution of internal communication strategies.
•Lead projects, ensuring completion within deadlines while maintaining a high attention to detail.
•Deliver clear and effective communication to internal and external stakeholders regarding performance and strategy adjustments.

Compensation for the Associate Marketing Account Manager:
•Employment type: Full-time Direct Hire
•Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
•Salary/Pay: $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience
