Solomon Page is hiring: Paid Media Associate in New York

Our client, a large ecommerce company, is looking for a Paid Media Associate for a remote 11-month contract. This role will be instrumental in driving customer engagement, acquisition, and retention through strategic paid media campaigns and engagement marketing initiatives. The Paid Media Associate will play a key role in managing advertising campaigns, optimizing media plans, and supporting overall marketing operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing professional with 1-2 years of experience to hone their skills in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

• This is an 11-month remote contract with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:

• Execute, monitor, and optimize self-service paid media campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Assist in building media plans to support marketing objectives and drive performance.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement email marketing campaigns.
• Assist with on-site merchandising efforts to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
• Pull reports and insights to assess the effectiveness of engagement strategies.
• Manage workflow requests and ensure timely execution of marketing tasks.
• Support the team with ad-hoc administrative duties as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in paid media and marketing.
• Proficiency in managing self-service advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
