Responsibilities:
- Assess the training needs related to products and fit.
- Collaborate with experts to create training materials.
- Design and manage in-house training projects, including course materials.
- Work with external vendors on outsourced projects.
- Oversee the creation of training deliverables like storyboards, guides, and assessments.
- Help plan and roll out new or updated training programs.
- Assist in developing and delivering train-the-trainer (T3) courses.
- Lead efforts to build resources related to Product Knowledge.
- Develop tools to measure the success of training programs.
- Regularly review existing programs to ensure they meet team needs.
- Co-manage the Learning Management System (LMS) portal.
- Stay up-to-date with training design trends and best practices.
- Take on special projects and support other training tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in learning and development, focusing on instructional design.
- Experience with Adobe publishing software (InDesign) and knowledge of tools like Canva, Articulate, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- LMS experience is a plus (team uses Axonify).
- Experience in retail, particularly in Apparel/Footwear, is a plus.
