We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Director of Partnership Marketing to join our team. This individual will oversee and manage all partnership marketing initiatives, ensuring that RCX Sports delivers exceptional value to partners, while growing brand awareness and driving revenue through integrated marketing strategies.

We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Director of Partnership Marketing to join our team. This individual will oversee and manage all partnership marketing initiatives, ensuring that RCX Sports delivers exceptional value to partners, while growing brand awareness and driving revenue through integrated marketing strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partnership Strategy: Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for brand partners to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams to create activation plans that align with both RCX Sports' objectives and partner goals.
- Campaign Development & Management: Design, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns for partners across multiple channels, including digital, experiential, social media, and in-person events.
- Brand Activation: Coordinate and manage brand activation opportunities for partners during key RCX Sports events, ensuring all activations are impactful, on-brand, and optimized for engagement.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for existing partners, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term relationships. Provide regular reports and updates on partnership performance and ROI.
- Sponsorship Integration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure all sponsorship elements are fully integrated into marketing campaigns, events, and product offerings.
- Market Research & Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and provide strategic recommendations for growth.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, sales, events, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of all partnership marketing efforts.
- Budget Management: Manage and track the budget for partnership marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and achieving desired results.
- Performance Metrics & Reporting: Define and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of partnership initiatives. Prepare detailed reports to communicate outcomes and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Goal Development and Execution: Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer and other Marketing leaders to propose goals and an overall vision for Marketing Partnerships and develop strategies to execute department goals
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in partnership marketing, sponsorship management, or brand activation.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social, and event marketing.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships and deliver measurable results.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with experience in managing high-profile clients.
- Ability to analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
- Familiarity with youth sports, sports marketing, or event marketing is a plus.
- Travel: Up to 25% of the time
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (40 Hours per week) with occasional nights and weekends
- Location: Hybrid - We anticipate this role to involve a combination of remote work from home and on-site work at the RCX Sports office, located in either Roswell, GA, or Sylvan Lake, MI, based on the candidate's preference. - Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer
- Compensation Structure: This position is a Full-Time salaried position, paid semi-monthly and is eligible to receive discretionary annual bonuses based on RCX Sports and employee performance
