Summary:
Responsible for all print creation, signage, development of collateral materials, direct mail pieces and digital signage. Ensure daily operations and experiences meet guest expectations. Appropriately respond to and manage any escalated departmental concerns and guest and/or employee challenges.

The work environment is characterized as an office setting, where computers and standard office equipment will be supplied and used as part of the job. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The immediate work environment is smoke free however, regular access to smoking areas is also part of the environment. Description
Summary:
Responsible for all print creation, signage, development of collateral materials, direct mail pieces and digital signage. Ensure daily operations and experiences meet guest expectations. Appropriately respond to and manage any escalated departmental concerns and guest and/or employee challenges.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, develop, measure performance, discipline, and schedule department staff
- Lead the tactical execution of strategic initiatives under the direction of division leadership
- Establish standards of service within assigned department(s) and ensure achievement
- Monitor and control labor within the department while maintaining adequate coverage in the department based on business demands
- Creation, ordering and installation of promotional material
- Daily walk through of all in-house signage.
- Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in related field
- Proficiency in all Design Programs.
- Training in Advertising Field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
- Verify right to work in the United States

- Frequently required to walk, stand or sit for long periods
- Use hands to hold tools and/or equipment required for position
- Reach with hands and arms
