Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Coordinates all advertising, player development, social media/web, special events, graphics, group sales, promotional activities and general marketing activities and reports as needed.
- Purchase media space in print, radio, internet, television and billboards.
- Coordinates with the graphic design team for timely delivery of art work and commercials to media sales companies and their representatives.
- Negotiates with media sales representatives to obtain the best rate and most appropriate media spaces in online, broadcast and print advertising.
- Ensures that ads run accurately.
- Helps plan and execute media placement and accounting reconciliation.
- Maintains a written rotation schedule of all media.
- Provides direction for rotation schedules for all media.
- Works special events and promotions as needed.
- Keeps track and submits all invoices for department.
- Keeps inventory and makes purchases when necessary.
- Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Five (5) years of progressive Marketing and Promotions Experience within the Casino/Gaming industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, and the operation of standard office equipment.
- Proficiency in LMS, CMP and MMS.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company.
- Verify right to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements:
- Frequently required to walk, stand or sit for long periods.
- Use hands to hold tools and/or equipment required for position.
- Reach with hands and arms.

- Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
