1. Sales enablement: Showpad experience
2. Exp. working with Stakeholders, and different level of employees
3. Salesforce or CRM exp.
• Showpad/SFDC combo for sales enablement is going to be key. If folks have Salesforce certifications that might actually be a better indicator of skill level.
• Any folks who have been project managers, particularly for an ad agency or design agency would be fantastic.
Summary:
The Sr. Marketing Content Specialist will be part of the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) US Region Integrated Marketing Communications team. This role will be responsible for various levels of project management and coordination in support of Marketing and Sales goals. This role requires a communications professional who can work closely with marketing stakeholders and agency partners to deliver meaningful content to our sales teams and for our customers. The Sr. Marketing Content Specialist will take part in developing a stronger and more consistent set of communication tools, effectively organized, and efficiently delivered to empower MMS sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead project management execution for communications activities including campaigns and content that supports the buyer’s journey and aligns to the selling process.
• Support the sales and marketing teams by assisting in the delivery of relevant and timely product content through a variety of communication channels.
• Draft, review, and edit content as needed for inclusion in both internal and external communications.
• Leverage your experience with sales enablement platforms (e.g., Showpad) to manage marketing content, including file architecture, uploading/tagging of content, along with best practices for mapping content to effectively serve-up to sales teams (e.g., Showpad Experiences).
• Contribute to additional projects as appropriate to support MMS US Region Comms Team.
Qualifications & Competencies
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
• At least 3 years related professional experience; experience in medical technology and/or regulated environments preferred.
• Digital marketing and/or agency experience a plus!
• Demonstrates intermediate knowledge of marketing disciplines and communications concepts and possesses high business acumen.
• Highly polished writing and editing skills, critical attention to detail
• Strong presentation and verbal communication skills - previous sales training experience a plus
• Demonstrated proficiency in project management, planning, execution, time-management, follow-through.
• Experience in content strategy, content development and shaping various content types: digital content, sales materials, presentations, videos, animations, and others.
• Experience with cloud-based systems to manage projects (e.g., Wrike) and support review processes and procedures (e.g., Veeva).
• Strong team member able to communicate effectively and work extremely well with multidisciplinary teams and comfortably navigate a large matrixed organization.
• High degree of proficiency with:
- Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Conferencing and team collaboration / project management platforms (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Wrike)
- Customer relationship management systems (Salesforce.com), sales enablement platforms (Showpad) and experience leveraging the power of analytics from those systems to drive marketing content decisions.
• Self-starter able to work independently to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment, with flexibility and willingness to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
• Location: Remote; San Diego, CA area preferred, other geographies will be considered
