Marketing Coordinator / Business Development Researcher

Job Type Full-timeDescriptionBBB is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator with expertise in business development research and proposal management to join our NYC office. This role is essential in producing high-quality marketing collateral and proposals and supporting business development efforts. This individual will work directly with our Marketing Specialist, Director of Business Development, and Proposal Teams. Job Description: Research: Conducts research for BBB's pursuits, sectors, potential markets and geographies, strategic BD initiatives, and industry trends. Uses problem-solving and critical thinking skills to search, find, evaluate, and interpret relevant research information. Proposals and Collateral: Coordinates and produces marketing and business development materials, including proposals, presentations, and brochures. Production includes both written and graphic content. Develops, organizes, updates, formats, and produces other firm materials such as resumes, project sheets, web content, etc. Updates marketing resources and databases, including Deltek Vantagepoint and image-based Creative Cloud. This individual may also help with special marketing projects in addition to supporting business development research and proposals.Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills:Bachelor's Degree 2+ years of experience in research and proposals, preferably in architecture, engineering, or design.Demonstrated internet-based research skills. Able to work on concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality or accuracy. Proficient with Adobe InDesign and Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Experience with CRMs/databases; Deltek Vantagepoint is a plus.Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.CompensationBBB offers fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $65,000 - $80,000, with variations depending on experience, education, achievements, and business needs.
