Position Summary
As a Sr. Specialist - MarTech Administration with a focus on the Marketo platform, reporting to the Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Marketing team by enabling them to execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns effectively. You will take a lead role in administering and maintaining Vensure's marketing technology stack, with primary emphasis on Marketo, while contributing to database strategy initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the health and growth of top-of-funnel activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Proactively own the administration and optimization of Marketo, ensuring the platform operates efficiently and aligns with business goals.
- Take full ownership of Marketo training for the organization, identifying needs, developing resources, and empowering teams to maximize platform usage with minimal guidance.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, proactively coordinating efforts to ensure efficient use of resources and optimizing allocated hours to maximize impact.
- Provide operational support across the MarTech stack to help launch, track, and optimize programs in collaboration with outside agency or contractor resources.
- Monitor and manage conversion tracking across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, and email campaigns, ensuring leads are accurately tagged for attribution.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations, Sales, Marketing, and other departments to support the monitoring of business strategies, revenue growth, and KPIs.
- Leverage data and analytics to measure performance, track key metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support process improvement initiatives by collaborating with departments such as Product and Customer Success to align on goals and optimize workflows.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in marketing operations and MarTech to bring innovative solutions to the team.
- Assist the cross-functional team in ensuring VES leads are properly routed and converting as per established processes, contributing to an efficient lead management system.

Education & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations at a global organization
- Expertise in the Marketo platform, with at least 1 year serving as a Marketo Administrator
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and analytics to support and improve performance.
- Proficiency with sales and marketing tools, such as CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, 6Sense, Mutiny, SalesLoft).
- Proficiency in business software such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and basic internet research tools
