Position Summary
As a
Marketing Technology Specialist
reporting to the Senior Manager, you will provide operational support to the Marketing team, enabling them to run, track, and optimize programs effectively. You will assist in administering Vensure's marketing technology stack, contribute to database strategy initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support top-of-funnel health.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide operational support to the Marketing team across the MarTech stack to help launch, track, and optimize programs in collaboration with outside agency or contractor resources.
Fully own administration and organizational training for at least two MarTech platforms.
Monitor and manage conversion tracking across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, and email campaigns, ensuring leads are accurately tagged for attribution.
Collaborate with Sales Operations, Sales, Marketing, and other departments to support the monitoring of business strategies, revenue growth, and KPIs.
Assist in the evaluation and procurement of marketing technology to enhance team capabilities and program performance.
Work with IT, business stakeholders, and relevant partners to deploy marketing technologies and support the implementation of related processes. Facilitate training or coordinate external training as needed.
Leverage data and analytics to measure performance, track key metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Support process improvement initiatives by collaborating with departments such as Product and Customer Success to align on goals and optimize workflows.
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in marketing operations and MarTech to bring innovative solutions to the team.
Provide technical support, training, and enablement for marketing team members using MarTech tools and systems.
Assist the cross-functional team in ensuring VES leads are properly routed and converting as per established processes, contributing to an efficient lead management system
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and analytics to improve performance
Familiarity with sales and marketing tools, such as customer relationship management systems
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team
Knowledge of the sales process and the company's target audience and goals
A desire to learn and grow in the revenue operations field, and a willingness to continuously improve and develop skills
Ability to flourish and show agility in a fast-paced environment
Strong time-management and organizational skills
Strong project management ability
Strong attention to detail and ability to support and manage simultaneous requests
Clear commitment to producing polished work
Consistently demonstrating attention to detail
Education & Experience
2-3 years of experience in marketing operations or a related field.
Basic computer skills, internet skills, business research tools acumen, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, working knowledge of CRM platforms.
Expertise with any or all the following platforms: 6Sense, Mutiny, and/or SalesLoft
